Meeting Face to Face
In-Person Training
We know that there are different types of people out there. This option helps those that feel they might not do it otherwise, who might not know what they are looking for versus what they need, or has posture issues.
Once we feel that someone is going to be safe and effective with the equipment in the gym, we might move them to one of our other programs where the client can feel confident in what they have learned.
Our recommendation for this program is a minimum 1-hour session at twice a week to make sure that what is being learned and trained in the gym has long-term benefits.

Check-In and Accountability
Hybrid Program
The Hybrid Program helps those that are able to hold themselves accountable, but want to also make sure that they are checking in every now and then.
This program will be over a 12 week period to really make sure that everything is being hit and maintained throughout the program.
You will meet the first week in-person to get the feel of the exercises under the supervision of Coach John. The following three weeks after that will be in an online manner to make sure that you are checking in and holding yourself accountable. This cycle will then repeat

Always Available
Online Training Program
The online program is custom to each individual. Not only is it about the workout aspect, but the dieting and support accessibility as well.
This program will be over a 12 week period to really make sure that everything is being hit and maintained throughout the program.
You will be given tools and resources to help you on your fitness journey. This will include things like Cardio and Mobility routines, flexible diet routines, using the free weights you can store in your own home working on things like Big-Compound lifts.
